BACS Support

The BACS-IP range of products utilise validation features which change periodically. These require manual updates as updates do not always coincide with software upgrades. You should only carry changes to your software after consultation with the BACS support team (0870 787 44 33).

ISCD & Modulus Upgrade:

Industry Sort Code Data base, Banks form associations between sort codes and account numbers. This basic level of security is implemented within our BACS-IP product range. As new bank branches open then new details are created then the data requires updating, this will need to be confirmed via our BACS service desk, please call 0870 7874433 and listen to the options and you will be routed to a BACS technical Analyst. BACS processing calendar updates:

BACS processing dates are 'normal' working days, these are Monday to Friday respectively. However, bank holidays need to be accounted for and your software may need to be updated with up to date calendars. Please email/phone support [as directed above] if you require an update to your calendar.
