BHols_20070426.txt (click to download)
User of BACS-IP may get a message saying the bank holiday calendar needs updating. Please download the file above and read it into the software to update your bank holiday calendar.
Save the downloaded file onto your machine in a directory you can access easily, by clicking on the icon above, selecting "save to disk" and saving the file to your pc, then you will need to unzip the folder. Once its saved then go onto your C: drive and open up the BACSIP folder. Within this folder there is a file called BIDB.exe, open this file program and click OK on the message that appears. There is a field called Field Source Name and at the end of this field there is a browse button. Browse to the file you downloaded and saved and open the file. This path should then go into the Field Source Name. Click on the OK button and this will run the update. Just cancel the screen once finished and close the program.
The previous version BHols_20070115.txt should NOT be used. If you have any further questions please email support@i-sware.com

Over the next couple of weeks, we will see most of our S-BACS-IP 100 system customers call in for help with their Processing Calendars. For those of you who are unaware, the processing calendar is required to be updated on a yearly basis.
The new processing calendar for your S-BACS-IP 100 software can be downloaded by clicking on the icon above, selecting "save to disk" and saving the file to your pc, then you will need to unzip the file by clicking on it again and following the instructions. You will need to replace the current BACSDAYA.REL in your Sage data directory with that file. It is best practice to rename the old processing calendar before saving this updated file on your system. If you are unsure where your Sage Data folder is, either contact your Sage Dealer, or contact the helpdesk for assistance.
When you go into Line100 and BACS for the 1st time it will ask you to enter the processing date, just Dismiss this as the file attached overwrites these settings. If you have any issues trying to find where this is, please speak to your IT support. It will usually be within a SVNDATA folder, but this can be different depending on how your system is set up.
