Customer Services

With our continued efforts in developing our business we are constantly seeking feedback from our customers. Our key mechanism for feedback is through our support services; when a call is completed by one of our technical analyst an email is sent asking for feedback on the following areas;

Each of these is scored 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. We use these reports to measure our performance and address issues as they arise.
