Contingency Planning

Consideration for the continuation of your computing environment is an essential part of your IT strategy. At interSoftware we are keen to assist you at developing this strategy and will ensure that we have the tools and assistance at hand should the need arise to invoke your plans.

As part of our ongoing comitment to service quality we have devised a questionnaire which should assist you in defining your plans that relate to running your payroll and making payments using your BACS software.

We recommend that you complete the questionnaire and return the form to interSoftware service teams at backup@i-sware.com or fax to 0870 458 2378 and we will record your requirements against your records.

We already operate a fall back for failure of your BACS application as we are a registered BACS Bureau. This allows us to make the BACS payments on your behalf, full details can be found on the BACS Contingency Service page of the website.
