Our dedicated support team have a very high level of experience, they are able to assist customers with a quick and efficient response. We are able to offer “after hours” services when other support organisations have long closed (Mon.-Fri. 09.00 – 21.00hrs). We are dedicated to assist AzTech BACS-IP users.
Your Support Contract also includes free updates when they are issued to help keep your Bacs software ahead of the rest and access via the web to our Bacs Approved Bureau (BAB) facility in case of hardware failure, fire or theft etc.
